Starting 2012-2013 school year, Fallon Middle School will require a "Clearance Slip" to tryout for a sport. The Clearance Slip can be obtained from the ASB Office and must be presented to the coach prior to the tryout. It provides verification that both physical and GPA requirements have been submitted. After you have successfully made the team, proceed to download the Athletic Packet. The Athletic Packet must be completed and turned in to the ASB Office in order to receive your uniform.
Advice: Always have a sports physical form turned into the ASB office. Physicals last for two years and can be used for multiple sports.
Fallon Middle school is part of the TRI-Valley Athletic League.
