Registering A New Student At Frederiksen Elementary:
IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS YOU MUST BRING A COPY (THAT WE CAN KEEP) OF THE FOLLOWING:
Two Proofs of Residency: One being your mortgage receipt coupon, grant deed, or closing escrow papers or rental contract with current dates AND One being a utility bill (i.e. PG&E, water or garbage bill, your homeowners or rental insurance). Both proofs of residency must have parents name and address on them.
Your child's Birth Certificate or Passport
Your child's Social Security Number
Your child's current Proof of Immunizations.
Registration will take place at your neighborhood school.

PLEASE NOTE:
California law, Education Code 49452.8, requires that all incoming kindergarten students must have an oral health assessment (dental check-up) by May 31, 2012. Oral health assessments that happen within the 12 months before your child enters school also meet this requirement. The law specifies that the assessment must be done by a licensed dentist or other licensed or registered dental health professional.
