     Hi Everyone!  First, I want to say that I miss all of you and hope you are doing well.  I have seen a few of you when you are out for a walk or riding your bike.  It's great to see you!

    Each week there will be a new tab on the left with a new workout and activity.  You are not limited to the workout and activity for that week.  If you enjoyed a workout from a previous week, you may go back and workout to your favorite!  These are suggestions to give you options when choosing your workout. 

    Remember to write down your workout on your log and HAVE FUN!

     

    One of the most important things you can do for you and your families mental and physical health during this time is make sure you stay active and get at least the CDC recommended 60 minutes of activity each day.
     

    Please make sure you are being safe, wearing appropriate attire while being active!
