• Club Charter Process


     
    Club Charter Process - 2nd Semester
     
    Students who would like to create a new club for DHS must complete the following forms.
     
    NEW CLUBS: This DHS Club Charter Google Form is for clubs who have not previously had an approved charter at Dublin High School. After filling this form out, all you will need to submit to Student Activities is the single club chartering form available in the office and a printed letter/request for start-up funds, if desired.
     
    If your club rechartered at the beginning of the 19-20 school year, you do not need to recharter at the beginning of second semester.
     
    Club charter forms are due both online and to Student Activities by Tuesday, January 21st at 12:00PM!
     
    The winter club fair will be during lunch on Wednesday, January 22nd.
     

      
    Club Charter Process - 1st Semester
     
    Students who would like to create a new club or recharter a previous club for DHS must complete one of the following forms.
     
    NEW CLUBS: This DHS Club Charter Google Form is for clubs who have not previously had an approved charter at Dublin High School. After filling this form out, all you will need to submit to Student Activities is the single club chartering form available in the office and a printed letter/request for start-up funds, if desired.
     
    RETURNING CLUBS: This DHS Club Charter Google Form is for clubs who had an active Dublin High School club charter during the 2018-2019 school year. After filling this form out, all you will need to submit to Student Activities is the single club chartering form available in the office.
     
     
    Once approved for the Club Fair, you are considered chartered and you will be sent a code to join the Campus Clubs Google Classroom! After the Club Fair, each club will need to turn in a full membership list. The form to submit the full membership list will be posted on the aforementioned Google Classroom page. Please pay attention to deadlines!

    ***Make sure you keep all of this information on a Google Doc for yourself and your club members. All of this information makes up your club bylaws. You will need to submit the bylaws on a Google Doc in the future.***
