    In addition to providing services following the National Standards, the Fallon Counseling Program also supports and/or offers these additional services and programs.


    Student Success Team “SST” Meetings
    • Student, parent, and teacher conferencing
    • Academic and/or behavioral strategies & interventions

    "One Tribe Wednesday" Community Building School Wide Program

    • Held the first Wednesday of the school year
    • Large group games, classroom activities, assemblies, and counselor and administrator support
    • Social and emotional learning, behavior expectations, safety, and how students can develop a growth mindset are discussed and taught

    Parent Education Classes

    • Counselors, professionals from the community, administrators, and/or district employees develop topics designed to teach parents about adolescent development, needs, and concerns

    Tobacco Use Prevention and Education (TUPE)

    • Designed to teach students the harmful effects of tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, and drugs

    Suicide Prevention and Awarenss Training - Teens For Life Program

    • Presented by the Crisis Support Services of Alameda County
    • Focuses on their crisis hotline, signs of depression, warning signs of suicide, and how to get help
    • For all 7th grade students

    Mentor Program

    • Run by a school counselor, the CJSF advisor, and our 8th grade CJSF students
    • 8th grade CJSF students work closely and one-on-one with struggling 6th grade students

    Games For Lunch

    • Run by a school counselor
    • Small group activites/games offered during lunch


    “Safe Space” Program


    • Support, guidance, and protection for all students regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion or other differences

    Pet Therapy

    • Run through the Valley Humane Society Canine Comfort Program and supported by a school counselor
    • Offered during lunch hour

    Bike Building Program

    • Run through the Dublin Rotary Club and supported by a school counselor
    • Bikes are built by at-promise students and volunteers from the Dublin Rotary Club for elementary school students who are in need and who live within our district
