    • Qualifications for usernames and passwords are:
      • Alpha and numeric characters are required.
      • The length must be 8 characters or greater.
    • Users will be required to change initial password immediately.
    • Users should never share passwords with others. Write passwords down and keep private.
    • Users should never save passwords on any computers.
    • The district maintains the right to add, modify or delete information and portal functions at any time, as well as the right to deny parents/students access with suitable cause.
    • Timeframes concerning when attendance and grade information will be made available.
    • That use of the Campus Portal is subject to electronic monitoring by the district, as well as other specific rights the district maintains.
    • That district agree to provide free and accurate (to the best of their ability) information meeting the agreed-upon standards based on parents’/students’ agreement with security requirements.
