Family STEM Nite, Friday, March 20, at John Green Elementary in Dublin (3300 Antone Way, Dublin) 6-8 PM. They are seeking volunteers to help with STEM stations - LEGO robots, building LEGO tower contest, mini-Escape Rooms, ready made roller coasters and spin art machines for example. The volunteers need to be there to help the kids understand and keep things organized as everything's built and self explanatory. They will have pizza and water for the volunteers. Volunteers need to be there by 5:30 to help set-up and understand the station. The event ends at 8:00 PM where I'll need help gather everything up and loading so we'd be done by 8:30 PM. The purpose of this event is to facilitate interactive STEM education at a cost the PTA's could afford for their community by having middle & high school volunteers assist.
