    October 9, 2017 - Outdoor Camp Update:

    5th Grade Families,

We know that everyone is very excited for our adventure to Outdoor Camp on Wednesday, October 11th.  A few reminders:

    • Students arrive at the usual time, 8:25am, on Wednesday, October 11th.
    • Students will leave their gear and sleeping items, labeled, in the front courtyard area, under their teacher’s name.  All items should be clearly labeled.
    • Students will take their daypack and lunch to class with them.

This pack should include the following:

      • Refillable water bottle
      • Hat
      • Light Jacket
      • Non-aerosol Sunscreen
      • Lunch-totally disposable containers
      • Camera-if desired-please label!
      • Any school work that is due on this day, we will be in class until we load buses.
    • We will release to load buses at 11:30 am and all luggage will be loaded in the bottom of the buses as a group.

    Parent Chaperones:

    • Please check in with your child’s teacher by 11:20 am.
    • We encourage you to join us on the buses
    • However, you may drive yourself to camp if needed. There is parent parking at camp in a designated lot.  All gates are locked, once we arrive.
    • Chaperone Vehicles can not be left at Amador due to parking limitations. Thanks for understanding.

    Returning to Amador:

    • Buses will return to Amador around 2 pm on Friday, October 13th.
    • Parents can sign their children out of school, once all buses have been unloaded and students checked in. We ask that everyone give us a few minutes to organize prior to this.
    • Students who are not checked out early will be released at regular time.
