A Message From Incoming Principal Ken Rocha
Dear Fallon Families,
It is with privilege, honor and much enthusiasm that I will call Fallon my new home. Over the years, I have felt Fallon's strong commitment towards children and the community in which they live. Dublin, and especially Fallon, is a community built around quality education and family values, and it is my desire to continue this tradition of excellence. Your commitment to your children’s success and values has drawn me to serve Fallon.
For nearly two decades, I have served as Pleasanton USD’s Director of Secondary Education, Principal and Vice Principal at Harvest Park Middle School, and Summer School Principal. Before then, I taught at Pleasanton Middle School. During that time, I taught Language Arts for all three grade levels, History 6-7, English-Language Development, Leadership, Study Skills, and advised the Student Council. I graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California with a Bachelors of Arts in English and minor in Business Administration, a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership, and three education credentials. I have a large family, all of whom are local, that I cherish and whom I have learned much from. My colleagues tell me they appreciate my strong sense of family values, an emphasis on each person's diversity, success and well-being, which I bring to all of my interactions with others.
As I transition into my new role, I look forward to our conversations to come. I hope you will join me in the near future, where we will have an opportunity to meet and learn from each other. Please stay tuned for more information regarding these opportunities.
I look forward to seeing you around town, campus, in the parking lot, and at many other school events. Be sure to say hello sometime.
