Valley is beginning a new online check-in process which will replace the old registration packet pick up. Fall Check-In documents are now available below. Download the forms, fill them out, and bring them to Fall Check-In. Each student must attend Fall Check-In accompanied by at least one parent/guardian. Fall Check-In will be on the following dates:August 15th - 18th 8:00 am - 11:00 am12:00 pm - 3:30 pmAugust 17th New Students
11:30am - 1:00pm6:30pm - 8:00pmInformational Resources to be reviewed prior to Fall Check-In and/or new registration:Please be sure to print and bring the following completed forms for each student with you:
1. Registration Form (New Enrollments ONLY)New this year is a state requirement for all students grades 7 and 8 to have proof of a pertussis (Tdap) vaccination prior to starting school. Please bring your proof of vaccination to the Attendance Office beginning August 5th between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm. This MUST be completed before Fall Check-In!Tdap verification, signed online forms, and payments are required before students receive their class schedules.Thank you for your assistance with this new process.
