Valley is beginning a new online check-in process which will replace the old registration packet pick up. Fall Check-In documents are now available below. Download the forms, fill them out, and bring them to Fall Check-In. Each student must attend Fall Check-In accompanied by at least one parent/guardian. Please be sure to print and bring the following completed forms for each student with you:1. Registration Form (New Enrollments ONLY)2. Household Enrollment Form (New Enrollments or Changes to existing - 1 per family)New this year is a state requirement for all students grades 7 and 8 to have proof of a pertussis (Tdap) vaccination prior to starting school. Please bring your proof of vaccination to the Attendance Office beginning August 5th between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm. This MUST be completed before Fall Check-In!Tdap verification, signed online forms, and payments are required before students receive their class schedules.
