    Welcome to Transition! My name is Bree LeMoine. I did my undergraduate work at Arizona State University (GoSun Devils!!) and my credential/graduate work at Chapman University. I've been teaching in various disciplines and age groups for 19 years.
     
    I have a beautiful daughter named Macee who attends Diablo Valley College. I also have two dogs named Stuart and Boone and a pond full of fish.  My favorite pastimes are being with my family and pets, gardening, decorating, and photography.
