Here is how to start the process for high school students...Please bring photocopies of the following documents to VHS Counseling Office to enroll your student:1. Current Immunization Record2. Final Transcript3. Withdrawal Form (from previous school)4. Verification of Birthdate for student (one of the following)Birth CertificatePassportBaptismal Certificate5. California High School Exit Exam (CHSEE) result and scores for a student in grades 11-126. Special Education Plan (IEP) - if enrolled in Special Education classes7. STAR test results8. TWO Proof of Residency, noting parents name and addressONE being a current mortgage receipt coupon, closing escrow papers OR rental contract with
current datesANDONE being a current utility bill (PG&E, water or homeowner or rental insurance)9. HealthDocumentation regarding special medical concerns your student may haveLegal documentation that verifies full-time guardianship if student does not live with a parent.
Guardian must be present to register the student.For 2016-2017 new students to Dublin Unified School District. You may begin your registration process online. You must have an email address to begin. Please go to the "Parent Portal" icon on the DUSD Home page to begin your application process. Once you have completed the online portion, please complete the additional required forms by choosing Valley High School from the drop down menu in the upper left corner. Under the headlines section, you will find information concerning Fall Check In/Data Update click here for the additional forms.This information will assist in enrolling your student in a timely manner and proper placement in classes.
