NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Government Code section 4217.12, the Board of Trustees of the Dublin Unified School District (“District”) will hold a public hearing to: (1) receive and consider comments from the public on the proposed adoption of a resolution to authorize entering into an Energy Services Contract with Schneider Electric Buildings Americas, Inc. regarding the District’s pursuance of a Turnkey Design and Construction Energy Services Agreement; (2) to consider and make findings as required by the applicable statutes during said public hearing; and (3) if determined to be in the District’s bests interests, adopt a resolution to enter into said Energy Services Contract.
The public hearing will take place at the Board of Trustees’ regularly scheduled public meeting on Wednesday, May 29th at 7:30 p.m. in the District Board Room located at 7471 Larkdale Ave, Dublin CA 94568. Please note that the previously scheduled and noticed meeting of May 28, 2019 has been rescheduled to May 29th 2019.
