Dear Dublin High & DUSD Community,

We want to make you aware of a suspicious post from a Dublin High School student that surfaced on a social media site last night. In response, DHS staff immediately contacted local law enforcement while removing the student from class. The Dublin Police Department is currently with the student, investigating the situation, and feels there is no credible threat.

Following the police investigation, the appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.

You can support our efforts to ensure campus safety by reminding your students that “if you see something, or know something, say something.” It is through the sharing of information that we can act and work together to keep our campus safe.

If you have any information to report, please contact 911, Dublin Police at 925-833-6670, or report anonymously online at http://www.wetip.com.

Sincerely,

Dave Marken, Ed. D.
Superintendent
Dublin Unified School District
