Superintendent’s Community Interview Committee - Accepting Applications
The Dublin Unified School District Board of Trustees is in the process of searching for the district’s next Superintendent, with a target of having the candidate on board before the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year. As part of this process, the Board will engage the community through the creation of a Community Interview Committee.
The Community Interview Committee will play a key role in the search for the next Superintendent of the Dublin Unified School District. After the Board narrows the pool of candidates in the first round of interviews, the committee will then interview the candidates and provide feedback to the Board that will be used in the final selection process.
The Community Interview Committee will be composed of 15 people. Each Trustee will appoint one member, as will the Dublin Teachers Association, the California School Employees Association, and the student school board members representing Dublin and Valley High Schools for a total of nine members. The remaining six members will be selected by a Board sub-committee through this application process and presented to the full Board for approval.
Those interested in participating in the Community Interview Committee must complete and submit the application form by January 25, 2021.
