New to Dublin? Registration for the 2019-2020 School Year

2019 - 2020 Registration Link

When registering online, be sure to select the 2019-20 School Year

 

 

Walk in Registration hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm only

Through June 13th (our office will be closed from 6/17 - 7/23)

 

 Be sure to bring the required documents:

-Printed copy of completed Online Registration

-Birth Certificate

-Immunization record

-Two proofs of residency (see information below)

Students with missing documents will NOT be registered.

 

 

STEP 1 ~       

Brand New Students to the district:

  • Click on the New Families Registration Information link under the Registration tab on the main page of the webpage.
  • Choose Apply for Registration (bottom of the page)
  • Complete the requested info
  • Check your email for link sent from Infinite Campus (this can take up to 30 minutes to receive).

    

Please note: if you are using gmail, the email link will show up in your spam folder near the bottom.

  • Once you receive the email, click on the link and fill out the online application to attend the 2019-20 school year through the online registration portal.
  • Choose your grade.
  • When you have completed the forms, you will have the opportunity to review what you have entered. Once you have reviewed your entries, print the summary page for each student and then click SUBMIT.

STEP 2 ~   

In order to complete the registration process, you will need to take the following to your school of residence (if possible & in order to expedite the process, please bring originals AND copies of the documents that the school can keep).

 

  • Printed Summary of Registration
  • TWO Proofs of Residency, noting parents name and address
    • Current PGE Bill or verification of service connection
    • Current Cable/Internet Bill
    • Current Water Bill
    • Current Amador Valley Industries (AVI) Trash bill
    • Current Social Services Documents
    • Property Tax Payment Receipts (may require additional documentation)
    • Current Rental Property contract, lease or current payment receipts (showing address on receipt (will required additional proof of residency)
    • Current Pay Stub
    • Voter Registration
    • Correspondence from a government agency
  • Documentation that provides proof of age, i.e. Birth Certificate, or Official Hospital Record of Birth (document showing doctor’s signature), an adoption record, Passport, etc.
  • Your child's current Proof of Immunizations

STEP 3 ~

Once the registration is accepted, your child will be enrolled for the 2019-20 school year. Class placement will be announced during the week before school begins (it may not be during check in days).

 

NOTE: If you have requested an intra-district transfer request, you still need to register at your school of residence and if your intra-district transfer request is approved then the registration will be transferred to your requested school.
