Fallon Families,

Given the current restrictions associated with COVID-19, the 2020-21 school year check-in process will take place in a virtual environment and goes live on Friday, July 31, 2020, at 8:30 am. The process will include activities like PFC/PFSO donations, volunteer signups, purchasing of yearbooks, Parent Portal updates, child nutrition purchases, and more.

After completing this online, classroom assignments and schedules will be emailed to parents via Infinite Campus by the end of the day on August 10, 2020. Parents/guardians can also expect to hear about back-to-school activities directly from their school sites.

As part of the virtual check-in process, you will be asked to log in to your parent portal account to ensure your contact information is up to date. If you are having trouble accessing your Parent Portal account, please email PortalHelp@dublinusd.org.

Below are directions for middle schools. 

MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL PART I:  Volunteer sign-ups, PFC donations, and Child Nutrition Information (lunch meals)

Log in to your school’s individual check-in site (displayed below) to complete school-specific activities.l (Note: Your Parent Portal username and password are not needed for virtual check-in process)

MIDDLE SCHOOL PART II:  Athletics and School Purchases

Visit the links provided to complete school-specific activities, such as purchasing yearbooks and P.E. clothes, and spirit wear.

MIDDLE SCHOOL PART III:    Complete the “Annual Update”  in the Parent Portal

Must be filled out to receive your child’s class schedule.

DUSD parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and to complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

As part of the virtual check-in process, you will be given a link to the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus to complete the DUSD Online Annual Update.

To begin the process in your parent portal, click on 'More' located at the bottom left corner of your Welcome page. Once opened, select Online Registration to begin the process.

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address.
